Happy, Healthy and Gluten-Free!

"So What CAN you eat?" That's frequently the question we gluten-free folks get asked. The good news is that we can eat LOTS of things! The bad news is that gluten lurks in unexpected places and we need to maintain rigor in making sure that the food and drinks we have won't make us sick.

This website is devoted to helping you live a happy, gluten-free life. More and more restaurants are offering GF menus and options, and there are more GF prepared foods on grocery store shelves all the time. Even with greater societal awareness around gluten challenges, the true path to gluten-free happiness and health is acknowledging your situation and making the decision to be in charge of what you put into your body.

PEERtrainer: TONS of great free content, along with the premium programs. The tools, resources and peer support I have gotten through PEERtrainer has helped me immensely. I lost 30 pounds and completely overhauled my approach to
eating and exercise.
PEERtrainer Point of No Return Program: I'm a recent "grad" of PONR -- 12 weeks of support materials, recordings, and e-mail access to coaching throughout. Really great content that reaches people wherever they are.
PEERtrainer Fresh Start Cleanse: This was my model for my paleo-vegan detox through which I was able to give up diet soda and artificial sweeteners for good.
If you want to join a gluten-free peer support and accountability team on PEERtrainer, send me a note through the contact page and I'll send you the info.
